A quotation is based on the event details supplied by the customer. A booking is confirmed only after both parties agree to the scope, date, venue, price, and required advance payment.

Changes to the date, venue, timing, guest count, theme, or decor may change availability and price. Please notify us promptly so we can confirm what is possible.

The customer is responsible for arranging timely venue access and disclosing venue restrictions. Our team may adjust an installation where required for safety or venue compliance.

Payment milestones are stated in the agreed quotation. Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on timing, committed materials, completed work, and the booking agreement. See our refund policy or contact us for the terms attached to your booking.
